---------------------------------- About this video ----------------------------------------
A successful business is the result of making really good, and sometimes counter-intuitive, decisions. Not just sheer luck.
However, that doesn’t mean that ALL of our decisions are good ALL of the time.
Great poker players are proof that consistently making good decisions is the result of having a powerful and finely tuned decision-making engine.
However, many successful companies emerge from hyper-growth with a heavily biased decision-making engine.
In this video, we look at what a decision-making engine is, why it’s so hard for fast-growing companies to develop a good one, the signals that show that it might be biased, and what we can do about it.
